Return and Refund Policy

At Pablo’s Spice Company, quality and freshness are our top priorities. We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with us.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used spice products.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order was damaged during shipping
  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your product arrived compromised or unusable
     

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Requests submitted outside the 7-day window

  • Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If an error occurred on our end or damage happened during shipping, Pablo’s Spice Company will cover replacement shipping costs
